Braille can communicate meaningful product information by touch. But a group of raised dots is not automatically readable Braille, and readable Braille alone does not establish that a whole package is accessible. Ask what the marking says, whether it can be read on the finished pack, and what information still needs another format.
Understand what Braille does

A tactile orientation mark may help someone find a location without encoding words. That can also be useful, but it should be described accurately. Calling all raised features Braille obscures the difference between locating a pack and reading its identity.
Ask what information is encoded
For a wipe pack, possible information needs include product type, variant, opening location, and use directions. A short marking cannot be assumed to communicate all of them.
A useful question is: “Could a reader distinguish this pack from a similar product using the information provided?” If the answer depends on a visual label, the tactile marking may be only one part of the solution.
Evaluate the finished package
A proposed evaluation should use the actual pack, not just a flat design file. A qualified Braille reader can check the intended text and whether the physical presentation is understandable.
Location, surrounding features, and repeated handling are practical questions to examine. These are proposed design checks, not findings that a particular pack has passed them.
Keep manufacturer claims precise

It does not justify a claim here that current production packaging has certified Braille or verified accessibility. A feature description should not outrun evidence about the actual pack people receive.
Combine information methods
Braille should be considered alongside readable print, clear instructions, and other suitable information formats. Different users may prefer or require different routes.
