The wettest wipe is not automatically the most useful wipe. Moisture balance is about the finished interaction: how the sheet handles, how the formula feels, and whether the pack preserves the intended product between uses.
Water content and wetness are not the same measurement
A formula's proportion of water describes its composition. The amount of liquid carried by a sheet and the way that liquid is distributed concern the finished wipe. One number should not be used as a shortcut for the other.
A water-rich formula also contains other ingredients with specific roles. It is not simply water in a bag, and adding water to a drying pack does not recreate the manufacturer's original preparation.
Describe the experience precisely
Instead of saying only “too wet” or “too dry,” identify what you noticed. Did liquid collect at the opening? Did the sheet feel different from earlier pulls? Did the product leave a finish you disliked? These are observations a manufacturer can investigate.

The closure is part of the moisture story
Plushwipes Fragrance Free 50ct uses an inner peel label and rigid lid intended to help preserve moisture. The design recognizes that the product must remain enclosed between pulls, not just feel suitable when first opened.
That feature does not establish a measured retention duration. To compare retention rigorously, a study would need defined opening cycles, storage conditions, and a consistent measurement. This is an explanatory test requirement, not a claim that such a comparison has been completed.
Format changes the storage interaction
The Go Fragrance Free 7ct foundation describes a flexible pack with a resealable peel label and no rigid lid. It prioritizes a slimmer portable format. Do not assume it has the same closure construction as the Everyday pack.

Keep the product within its intended conditions
Close the package properly and follow storage directions. The FDA's wipe guidance provides general handling advice. Do not compensate for an older pack with improvised additions.
If performance changes unexpectedly, keep the package identity and describe the circumstances. The useful moisture question is not “How much water sounds impressive?” It is “Does the finished product behave as intended, under the storage and use conditions it was designed for?”
